JESSICA L. CAISSE, BRANCH MANAGER, BROOKLYN OFFICE 

Jessica joined the Savings Institute in 2005 with an excellent background in banking. Prior banking experience includes more than 6 years at New Alliance Bank in Dayville. Jessica’s strong suit is customer service. She is energetic and has set as her goal building a motivated sales team focused on helping customers by offering them products and services that best suit their needs. Jessica holds a BS in Accounting from Nichols College . She is a licensed SBLI representative and a Notary Public.

PAMELA WALTERS, BRANCH MANANGER, CALL CENTER

Pam re-joined SIBT in 1999 following a short hiatus. Since that time, she has gained a wealth of experience, holding several key positions within the organization including teller, assistant branch manager, assistant manager of loan operations and North Windham Branch Manager. Her outgoing personality and dedication to providing quality customer service are a winning combination for her customers. In addition to being active in the community, Pam is a licensed SBLI Representative and a Notary Public.

Peggy has almost 25 years in the banking industry. Before joining the SI team, she was employed at one of the larger super-regional banks. Peggy prefers the community bank environment and the opportunity it affords her to spend time with her customers. Deb has been the with Savings Institue Bank & Trust since 2002. She is responsible for lending and customer service as well as business development. With over 25 years in the financial services industry, she is conversant in all areas of the banking business. She and her enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff feel their primary goal is to ensure that their customers are confident they are receiving the best products and services available today. BILLIE PESZYNSKI , BRANCH MANAGER, EAST HAMPTON OFFICE  

With more than 8 years of experience, East Hampton resident Billie Peszynski has completed a number of banking and investment courses and currently holds Life and Health Insurance lisences. Most recently, Mrs. Peszynski served as Vice President, Client Manager, Premier Banking at Bank of America in Middletown. She is a graduate of Middlesex Community College.

Bill is the manager of the East Lyme Office and has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Before joining the Savings Institute in 2004, he held branch management positions at Fleet Bank and Citizens bank. To round out his background, he also has extensive experience in the investment field. Bill is a licensed SBLI Producer.

ED PALOMBA , BRANCH MANAGER, ENFIELD OFFICE  

Ed has joined the Bank as Branch Manager of our Enfield Office, bringing almost 20 years of experience in the financial services industry along with him. Ed is ready to sit down to discuss all of your personal and business banking needs. He is also knowledgeable in all types of investment vehicles for individual and corporate accounts and holds his Annuity, Life and Health licenses. He is a licensed SBLI Producer and Norary Public. He is a member of the North Central Chamber of Commerce, Rotary International and serves on the Board of Trustees of Johnson Memorial Hospital Corporation. He resides with his family in Somers.

LISA A. BALTER, BRANCH MANAGER, GALES FERRY OFFICE

Lisa joins SIBT as a seasoned financial services professional with over 20 years of banking and lending experience. Her background includes branch sales, customer service and lending. As manager of one of the Bank’s newest branch office, Lisa will be working with her staff to promote business growth and to build a strong sales team. She is quite active in the community and is a member of the Southeastern CT Women’s Network. In 2001, she was recognized for New Haven Business Times Top Forty Under 40 in recognition of professional achievement and community involvement. Lisa is a Notary Public.

Liz began her career in banking in 1974 at the former Union Trust Co. in Groton . Over the years, she has had experience in a number of positions including teller, CSR, and Assistant Branch Manager. Liz joined SIBT in 1997 as Assistant Branch Manager in the Groton Office and was pleased to welcome many of her former customers. Today, as Branch Manager, she and her staff continue to welcome old friends all the while making new friends and developing new relationships. Liz is a Licensed SBLI Producer and a Notary Public.

Nicole has been with SIBT since 1996, starting as a part time teller. Before becoming the branch manager in Lisbon, she was the assistant manager in Mansfield. Nicole is a SBLI licensed representative and a Notary Public. She received her BA in Psychology from Eastern Connecticut State University.

MARK LIGHT, BRANCH MANAGER, MAIN OFFICE  

Joining SIBT in 2005 with more than 10 years of banking experience and strong ties to the Windham community, Mark has the knowledge and leadership skills needed in our busy Main Office. Mark and his staff are focused on providing excellent customer service and a friendly community bank atmosphere. He is a Licensed SBLI Producer and a Notary Public. Mark spent four years in the Navy and is a Gulf War veteran. He is very active in the Windham Chamber of Commerce and is the Treasurer of the Windham Area No Freeze Shelter.

“Dino” Ricciardone has more than 19 years of business development, production, auditing, and operations experience, most recently as Assistant Vice President, Client Manager, Premier Banking for Bank of America in Hartford. Prior to that, he served as a Branch Manager for Webster Bank also in Hartford. He is a 1984 cum laude graduate of Boston College.

Having lived her whole life in Eastern Connecticut, Brooke understands the financial needs of her customers. As a seasoned banker, she recognizes the right product or service to meet those needs. Barry has more than 13 years of experience in the banking and leding field, most recently as Vice President, Branch Manager of Norway Savings Bank in Brunswick, Maine. Prior to that, he served as a Mortgage Loan Manager for Block Mortgage Services (H&R Block) in Putnam from 2001 to 2003 and as a Business Development Officer for Cargill Bank also located in Putnam from 1994 to 2001.

As a seasoned banking professional with over 18 years of experience, Mona is the perfect choice to lead the SIBT into a new marketplace. Over 45 years in banking makes Pat the ideal manager for the Stonington office where she knows every customer by name. Her brand of customer service is only learned over time and goes back to the days when customers were more than an account balance. She treats every customer as if they were her only one. Pat's other specialty is lending and she is a licensed SBLI representative.

NICOLE DELMASTRO, BRANCH MANAGER, WEST MAIN STREET OFFICE

Nicole joined SIBT in 2004 with more than 5 years of experience in the banking field. As a lifelong resident of Willimantic, she knows first hand of the financial needs and concerns of her neighbors and customers. CLARA ANGELOS, COMMERCIAL LOAN OFFICER

Clara joined the Savings Institute Bank and Trust in 2000 as a commercial loan administrator. As a commercial loan officer, she now serves customers in the Willimantic and Norwich areas. Her clients appreciate her knowledge of the lending process - right from application through closing. Her many years of experience allows her to ask the right questions and gather the right information to expedite the application process.

JOHN P. KEARNEY, SENIOR COMMERCIAL LOAN OFFICER

John recently joined SIBT with more than 25 years of hands on experience in the financial services industry. John manages the northeastern commercial territory consisting of a team of 5 commercial lenders. He spent 25 years at HSBC Group beginning in 1979 in HSBC Equator Bank. He held numerous assignments in Institutional Banking and Marketing/Bank Operations. From 1985 onwards he was a member of the Senior Management Team. John is a CPA and also a Registered Investment Advisor, holding Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. He is a graduate of the University of Hartford with an MBA in Finance and Western New England College with a BS in Accounting. He is a Director of Goodwill Industries of Greater Hartford/Springfield.

Steve joined the Savings Institute Bank & Trust in 2006 as a commercial loan officer serving commercial clients in the greater Windham area. Steve brings with him knowledge of small business lending and the SBA program. Twenty-eight years of financial and related banking experience provide a strong foundation on which to build banking relationships with his clients.

Kim became a commercial loan officer after more than two years in the commercial lending field. Her experience as a Commercial Loan Administrator and Credit Analyst will be an invaluable asset in assisting her clients in the application and approval process.

MICHAEL J. MORAN, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, SENIOR LENDING OFFICER

With over 25 years in the lending field, Mike knows that in addition to product, it takes excellent customer service skills to get the job done in the highly competitive commercial lending environment. Mike has those skills and prides himself on being a hands on lender, sometimes looking for ways to fit a square peg in a round hole. JOAN ST. AMENT, COMMERCIAL LOAN OFFICER

Joan joined Savings Institute Bank & Trust in 1992 serving as Branch Manager of the Moosup Office until joining the commercial lending department in 2004. She covers the northeast region, bringing a very special brand of customer service. Joan is very active in the community and is a member of The Northeast Chamber of Commerce. She looks forward to assisting customers with their lending needs and building relationships with both new and long-time business clients.

PAUL SUPRIN, VICE PRESIDENT, COMMERCIAL LOAN OFFICER

As a lifelong resident of southeastern Connecticut , Paul is an expert on the special needs of the businesses in this region. He began his career in banking back in 1971 and since that time has honed his skills and now prides himself on intuitively knowing how best to fill the needs of his customers. Paul is a 1970 graduate of Central CT State University and a 1982 graduate of the National School of Finance and Management at Fairfield University . He is working out of the New London office and covers the shoreline region.

RHEO BROUILLARD, PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Rheo A. Brouillard is President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of SI Financial Group, Inc., Savings Institute Bank and Trust Company and SI Bancorp, MHC. He was first elected as President and a Director of the Bank in 1995.

Mr. Brouillard has over 30 years experience in the financial services industry. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Management from Western New England College and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from American International College.

He serves as President of the Community Foundation of the Tri-County Area and of the Northeastern Connecticut Community Development Corporation. He is a Director of Infinex Financial Group and the Vantis Life Insurance Company. Mr. Brouillard also serves as a Director of a number of non profit organizations. He is a past Chairman of the Connecticut Bankers Association.

BRIAN HULL, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT & CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Brian J. Hull is Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of SI Financial Group, Inc., Savings Institute Bank and Trust Company and SI Bancorp, MHC. He first joined the Bank as Chief Financial Officer in 1997 and was elected Executive Vice President in 2001.

Mr. Hull has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry after beginning his career with Price Waterhouse as an auditor. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Economics from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. He obtained his Certified Public Accounting certification in 1986 and completed the Executive Development Program at the Center for Financial Studies at Fairfield University in 1997.

He is a member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants. He serves on the Accounting Issues Committee of the American Community Bankers. He is a Director of Saint Paul School and a number of other non profit organizations.

MORTGAGE ORIGINATION

PETER GANCI, MORTGAGE OFFICER - MORTGAGE ORIGINATION

Peter provides mortgage origination services to the Main Office, the Norwich branch, the Mansfield branch and the North Windham @ Walmart branch. His territory covers the sixteen towns surrounding those branches. Peter is an expert in first time homebuyer programs such as CHFA. He is a certified instructor for the Fannie Mae Foundation's First Time Homebuyer program. His goal is to make home ownership a reality for first time buyers.

ROSEMARIE LEE, COMMUNITY LIASON AND REVERSE MORTGAGE ADVISOR

Rosemarie Lee began her career with Savings Institute Bank & Trust in 2002, as a Loan Consultant. She has since taken on the role of Community Liaison and the Bank’s Reverse Mortgage Advisor. In her role as Community Liaison, she brings the message that Savings Institute Bank & Trust is a member of the communities that we serve. In her role as Reverse Mortgage Advisor, she educates the senior community about Reverse Mortgages and assists seniors with identifying and achieving their financial goals. Rosemarie is a member of Society of Certified Senior Advisors®. She serves the entire lending area of bank. Rosemarie services on the Board of Directors for Senior Resources, Windham Habitat for Humanities, and the Connecticut Radio Information System. She is a member of Lions, Rotary and is a Life Time Girl Scout.

SHARON MCHUGH, ASSISTANT SECRETARY, MORTGAGE ORIGINATION

Sharon covers the Hebron branch, the Lebanon branch and the Enfield branch. Her territory includes the seventeen towns surrounding those branches. Sharon has been with the Savings Institute for all of her banking career and has served in a number of capacities from teller to loan servicer. Sharon truly loves her job and finds that she is a born people person. She has been so successful that "Mortgage Originator" magazine named her national Rookie Superstar in 1998.

MELISSA PHILLIPS, VICE PRESIDENT, MORTGAGE ORIGINATION

Melissa is joining the mortgage consulting team after almost 15 years in sales and marketing management at the Bank. Her territory surrounds the Bank's Brooklyn and Dayville offices and includes the towns of Killingly, Brooklyn Putnam, Woodstock, Pomfret, Thompson, Eastford and Union. As a life-long resident of Danielson, Melissa understands the needs of those living in the "Quiet Corner" and, with 21 years of banking experience, is capable of advising her clients on every step of the homebuying process. She is very active in the community and currently serves the Town of Killingly as a Board of Recreation Commissioner, member of the First Night Steering Committee. She is also a Board Member of the Quinebaug-Shetucket Heritage Corridor and the ACCESS Agency.

Sonia is a familiar face to the residents of eastern Connecticut. With almost 35 years in the trust business, she is an expert in Financial Planning and Trust and Estate Planning. Bruce is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University and has been in the banking business for more than 15 years. He joined the Savings Institute as Trust Officer 10 years ago bringing with him a strong background in financial planning. He now covers the Windham/Tolland region. Bruce has over 10 years of investment management experience, 10 years in trust and estate planning and is a retirement plans specialist. He is a Willimantic Rotary Trustee member of the Willimantic Rotary Foundation.

Patti has been employed by the Bank since 2000; she serves as a financial consultant based in our Enfield Office covering the Enfield/Springfield market area. She has over 25 years of Trust and Investment Services experience and is a graduate of the National Trust School and the National Trust Graduate School. She is very active in the community and is on several boards and commissions and is a past recipient of the Western Massachusetts YWCA Woman of Achievement Award and The Westfield American Red Cross Citizen of the Year Award.

Teresa is a 1984 cum laude graduate of Providence College. She joined the Savings Institute in 1989 and has held a number of positions that have included manager and corporate services. She is now a financial consultant covering the Bank’s northeast region as well as Stonington and Groton. She has her NASD Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses as well as Life and Variable Annuities licenses. RALPH W. JOHNSTON III, VICE PRESIDENT, FINANCIAL CONSULTANT, SI FINANCIAL ADVISORS

Ralph Johnston is Vice President of the Savings Institute Bank & Trust where he serves as an account officer. Since joining the Bank in November, 2000 he has also served as a branch manager of the Bank’s Hebron office. Ralph presently holds NASD Series 7, 24, 63, and 66 licenses. In addition, he is a Registered Investment Advisor, holds a Connecticut Life and Annuity license, and is certified to offer long-term care insurance as well. A Cum Laude graduate of Bryant College, Ralph is also an Honors graduate of the Connecticut Bank Association (CBA) School of Finance and Management. He lives in Norwich, Connecticut with his family.

Jeanne joined the Savings Institute Bank & Trust Financial Services Division in 1996 as a Client Services Administrator. She was later promoted to Financial Services Associate and has recently been promoted to the position Investment Representative. Her territory covers the northeast region including Willimantic, North Windham, Mansfield, Tolland, Lisbon and Canterbury.
